What I liked:
- Hair, makeup, and costume design is fabulous.
- Outstanding cast: Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Donald Sutherland, Elizabeth Banks, Lenny Kravitz, Stanley Tucci, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright, Amanda Plummer, Lynn Cohen, Sam Clafin, Toby Jones, and Jena Malone.
- Great action scenes.
- Wonderful special effects.
What I didn't like:
- I still don't understand/agree with this concept of killing for sport.
- I want Katniss to be a strong independent heroine. Instead she is just a pawn in the game.
- It's very violent, especially for PG-13.
- It's too long.
- It has a weird ending just because it's to be continued...
