What I liked:
- Rashida Jones is stunningly beautiful, smart, funny, and a wonderful actor. She's just fantastic in this role.
- Jones co-wrote the film with Will McCormack, who also stars in it. The story is smart, funny, touching and realistic.
- Andy Samberg is great. It's nice to see him play a sensitive, more reserved role than we are use to seeing him in.
- Jones and Samberg have great chemistry together.
- Superb supporting cast: Ari Graynor, Eric Christian Olsen, Rob Huebel, Elija Wood, Chris Messina, Emma Roberts, Rececca Dayan, Rich Sommer, Chris D'Elia, and Sarah Wright.
- Chris Pine!
- I loved the opening. It really captured the rise and fall of their relationship in warp speed.
- Excellent soundtrack.
What I didn't like:
- Not enough of Olsen.
- This most likely only bothered me but I thought that the timeline of events was a bit confusing. Sometimes it felt like months had gone by when it was really days and vice versa.
